MH287 is an integrated Switching Hall effect sensor with output drivers, This IC includes an
on chip voltage regulator, reverse battery Diode, Hall plate, amplifier, comparator, and a pair of
complementary open-collector outputs (Out1, Out2). It provides an all in one solution of
Proximity function which is included NCNO, TSC, Reversed Protection and LED driving
capability. The full function has been made by SIP4 and Sot23-5L package which do fit in a
small four pin PB free package.
While the magnetic flux density (B) is larger than the operate point (BOP), Out1 will turn on
(low) and keep in low position until the B less than Brp. This is NC ( Normal Close), and
meanwhile Out2 will turn off (high) and keep the position until B less than Brp, this is
NO(Normal Open).
The package type is in a Halogen Free version has been verified by third party Lab.
